Intimate Gatherings

An intimate gathering is a 2 hour event that will allow brides personal attention with vendors.  Private tours, a sampling of food, one vendor per category and a goal of 50 brides per gathering!  Intimate gatherings are not typical bridal events, they are an open house for venues and vendors that will attract interested brides all year long.

Vendor Pricing for Intimate Gatherings
6ft booths available for each vendor, 2 chairs & linens for setup.

- Sign up for one gathering event = $150
- Sign up for 3 gatherings = $125/each (savings of $75)
- Sign up for 5 or more gatherings = $100/each (savings of $125)
